From 18th to 21st of April 2024.
Established by passionate student-athletes and backed by our University, the Belgrade Sport Tournament has grown into an international sports event held every April.
The centre of the festival is Belgrade, capital city of Serbia. Our sports venues are all based very closely, with a shuttle service providing transport to most of them.

It is entirely on your decision on how many teams are you bringing.
There is no limit to the number of Universities participation from one country.
The premium package is 260 euros per participant. and the basic package is 195 euros. If you have your own accommodation, participation is 90 euros.What is included in the package you can see in section “Registration”.
Applications must be submitted via email address. A deposit of 30% of the total fee must be transferred within 7 days of sending the application to ensure a place for you and your team at the Belgrade Sport Tournament. The rest of the payment can be made upon arriving at the hotel. This gives you enough time to collect the money from the competitors in your team. No, the package price includes the entry fee, the use of the sports venues, entry to sport venues at all times
We ask you to pay the deposit within 7 days of sending the application. It is the only way to guarantee a place at the BeST.
All our accommodation is based near the centre of the city, with easy access to public transport and only few minute walk from the main sport venue This way you are always in the middle of everything, giving you the opportunity to participate in all activities.

No, unfortunately not. It is the responsibility of the coaches to ensure athletes are adequately insured in their respective home countries!
Every team will have its own assistant who will be there with them to guide them to and from sport venues.
Citizens from European Union and Russia do not need visa. Others have to check with the local Serbian Embassy or Consulate for details regarding visa. We would gladly send you all necessary documents including Official Invitation Letter in order for you to get visa for participating in our Tournament.
