Application Process
Download the registration form and complete it
Pay 30% of the balance, to confirm your registration by the day noted in email
Pay the balance of the accommodation and Registration Fee by the date noted in email
Please keep in mind that all bank fees regarding the transfer of the 30% participation down payment should be borne by you, not us. In case we don’t receive the amount stated in the pro-forma invoice sent to you, we shall not accept the payment(s).
Belgrade Sport tournament will not guarantee team registrations if they don’t complete the payment before the established date.
Cancellation Policy
In case of your cancellation within a month of the tournament, 30% of the down payment participation fees is non-refundable. We reserve the right to keep that amount to settle the hotel cancellation and all other fees for booking your places.
Medical insurance disclaimer
Please take note that we do not cover insurance in case of injuries. However, we will provide immediate help at sports venues. It is the responsibility of the participating teams to ensure that their athletes are adequately insured in their respective home countries.
Arrival note
We recommend you to check in 1 day prior to the tournament opening, since the tournament starts at 9:00AM.
