15th International student sport tournament
Invites student sport teams to the 15th „Best“ from 11th to 14th of May 2023.
PARTICIPATION FEES.
Basic package:
Participation fee is 180 euros per person with accommodation at 3 stars.
Includes: 3 nights with breakfast.
Extra night per person costs 40 euros.
Premium package:
Participation fee is 240 euros per person with accommodation at 4 stars hotel.
Includes 3 nights with breakfast.
Extra night per person costs 50 euros.
It would be good if you could arrive on May 10th 2023, because the tournament starts on May 11th 2023 at 9:00AM
PARTICIPATION FEES INCLUDE:
- Tournament registration
- 3 nights stay in the assigned hotel (link)
- Breakfast at the hotel during the tournament
- Open refreshments during the tournament
- BeST kit (T-shirt, accreditation card, city maps, etc)
- Free public transport
- Free shuttle bus transport to/from sport venues
- Personal assistant for every team
- Transportation airport /hotel/ airport. (Optional – 10 euros per person).
IMPORTANT.
Very important note 01:
Please keep in mind that all bank fees regarding the transfer of the 30% participation down payment should be borne by you, not us. In case we don’t receive the amount stated in the pro-forma invoice sent to you, we shall not accept the payment(s).
Very important note 02: CANCELLATION INFO
Please also keep in mind that the 30% of the down payment participation fees is non-refundable, in case of your cancellation within a month of the tournament. We reserve the right to keep that amount to settle the hotel cancellation and all other fees for booking your places.
Very important note 03:
Please take note that we do not cover insurance in case of injuries. However, we will provide immediate help at sports venues. It is the responsibility of the participating teams to ensure that their athletes are adequately insured in their respective home countries!
