Application Process

Send it back to our email address: info@belgradesport.org
Pay 30% of the balance, to confirm your registration
by the day noted in email
Pay the balance of the accommodation and Registration Fee
by the date noted in email

Please keep in mind that all bank fees regarding the transfer of the 30% participation down payment should be borne by you, not us. In case we don’t receive the amount stated in the pro-forma invoice sent to you, we shall not accept the payment(s).
Belgrade Sport tournament will not guarantee team registrations if they don’t complete the payment before the established date.

Cancellation Policy

In case of your cancellation within 2 months of the tournament, 100% of the down payment participation fee is non-refundable. We reserve the right to keep that amount to settle the hotel cancellation and all other fees for booking your places.


*Important Notice: Cancellations made after February 8th are non-refundable.

Medical insurance disclaimer

Please take note that we do not cover insurance in case of injuries. However, we will provide immediate help at sports venues. It is the responsibility of the participating teams to ensure that their athletes are adequately insured in their respective home countries.

Arrival note

We recommend you to check in 1 day prior to the tournament opening, since the tournament starts at 9:00AM.

Bus
Car

These buses typically run regularly and have designated stops. 
The journey to the city takes about 30-40 minutes. The bus station is located outside the arrivals terminal.

Route: Airport - Zeleni venac
Approximate travel time - 30-40 minutes

Route: Belgrade Center Railway Station - Airport
Approximate travel time - 30-40 minutes

Route: Savski trg - Industrial Zone Barič
Approximate travel time - 80 minutes

Taxi: You can take a taxi directly from the terminal. The taxi stand is located outside the arrivals terminal. Make sure to use official taxi services available at the airport.

CarGo: This is a popular ride-sharing service in  Belgrade.

Download the App: Make sure you have the CarGo app downloaded on your smartphone.
Registration: Create an account on the app, providing the necessary information.
Location Services: Enable location services on your phone so the app can determine your current location.
Enter Destination: Enter your destination within the app.
Request a Ride: Once your location and destination are set, you can request a ride through the app.
Payment: CarGo usually allows cashless payments through the app. Make sure your preferred payment method is set up.
